Holistic Etiquette: the servitude-noblesse oblige

Happy Independence Day weekend! For the grateful and achieving leaders, what is the great rendition towards liberty? There is abundance in history, full of richness the truly observant may enjoy - bite size portions don’t cut it; to better grasp and explain the essence and suck the marrow of these wings of freedom - I’ll try to describe here: if you have heard the Nehomanna Podcast, you know exactly the grit I’m talking about: a brief summary: to capture in great detail an epithet. The relevant issues. The aspiration of great poets, scholars, writers - to bring the text to life: Romanticism. Needless to say, we should appreciate how the past left tidbits of useful information, that forwards the wisdom, for the next generation to be functional. Like bunker Hill! The men who sacrificed their lives will forever man their posts till the end of time. They’re a part of history, and their story is that of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

So, without further ado, here are 3 Building Block Exercises for the Proactively Business Mindset. These will help aid you fulfill your servitude - noblesse oblige.

Organizational culture adheres to being a top indicator for employee satisfaction. Estimations state that two-thirds (65%) of employees stay because the quality of ethics and shared values.

There are two categories relating to organizational structure. Would you care to take a guess? As a wellcoach it is my priority that the means to your path to wholeness is by advising you in tailoring your own success – needless to say, these are wisdom drawn from the Bible, using an integration of Judeo-Christianity principles. So now, go on, please – let’s brainstorm together: to achieve inner peace within a corporate setting, what are the factors that contribute to the performance (Individual) aspect and moral (company/crew) aspect? You may be goal oriented, and likewise you’re confidence level in yourself may be at an all time high – having good self worth – that brings oxygen, the necessary fuel, to your adaptability. This is where recalibration meets expectations – goal setting for your personal journey towards personal drive. Remember, “Today is the path, tomorrow is the place. Place your feet in the right place, then stand firm. No xcuses.” – Jon A. Aguirre. However, there are things outside your control! The proactive thing you’ll ever accomplish, if you desire to make the necessary adjustments toward the longevity of your organization, is learning of the factors you’re organization is dependent upon. Referring to “Kisses and Kale” by Beyond The People’s Corner Foundation, this is the ability to adapt. Adaptability means proactive. Being a proactive Company? Well that’s your golden dream team! Winning is determination towards learn for growth. So what two categories, then, are necessary for organizational growth?
1. Internal influence: physical resources, financial resources, human resources, information resources, technological resources, organization’s goodwill, corporate culture
➢ Internal influence is the performance within your organization. I determine these as motivation and ability subcategories with these thought processes:
1) Motivation
2) Ability
Personal
1) Whether you want to do it Make the undesirable desirable Connect values
2) Whether you can do it Surpass your limits Demand deliberate practices
Social
1) Whether other people encourage the right behaviors Harness Peer Pressure ➢ Pave the way ➢ Delegate ➢ Enable support: social deftness
2) Whether other people provide help, information or resources Find strength in numbers Same strategy asbefore
Structural
1) Whether the environment encourages the right behaviors Design rewards and demand accountability Rewards to vital organizational occurrences in moderation
2) Whether the environment supports the right behaviors Change the environment: Resolving Ergonomic Stressors
Again the aim is to set up a set of values – where ethics are concerned. Well thought out, and established Ethics and values are the blueprints that tie people together. This is your credo! Your company’s Core set values! The backbone to your organization’s success! A good strategy is a resourceful means toward good organizational structure.
2. External influence: economic, industry, social, technology, political
The determining factors and meaningful insiders are as follows:
❖ Political: Congress creates laws and regulations. Make sure you pay attention to and get insights on what’s happening in the 117th US congress
❖ Economic: Paying attention with the economy
❖ Industry: Competition and standards to safety requirements. That’ll determine your business’ longevity
❖ Social factors: Public opinion and societal expectations. I recommend hiring a good community manager, ambassador or PR for this task. Able middle management players are key to this.
❖ Technology: needless to say, keep up with technological advances. That’s the most proactive task you should consider for the outlook of your business.
A good offense is a good defense. Spartans trained their whole life for mental grit, which made them legends. They had a battle formation with a philosophy to match that attitude. Wasn’t perfect, though they were able to utilize their environment for their survival according to what they wanted to achieve – and that’s where the analysis comes: A good unit is an informed prerogative means towards proficiency.
❖ 3. Having clear investment goals
➢ Investing in securities involves a risk of loss. Investing in foreign stock markets involves additional risks such as currency fluctuations.
▪ Tip: Don’t buy what’s popular. Research. Focus on passive income investments for the long haul, save $1000 for your emergency fund + save 3-6 months of expenses in a fully funded emergency fund, invest 15% income toward retirement, children’s college fund, pay off home as early as you’re able to. – Dave Ramsey
