Just think of the brain as a nitro oxygenated fuel tank that propels you toward the desired goal. So we must not think quantitative but qualitative means when – you guessed right, livelihood is the term- to maintaining residential information. Enough said, the quality of your thoughts will lead to better results.

“Reason is, and ought only to be the slave of the passions, and can never pretend to any other office than to serve and obey them.” –David Hume

[Cognitenance (noun): The Brain’s Capability To Maintain Equilibrium Without Burnout]

This week’s 5 cog-fit ability strategies to initiate quicker brain response time to stimuli

Find a place, any place; a study, a library, anywhere that is not your go to for downtime, and built a routine revolving this area. Your brain will conceive the neural behavior in the brain to imitate alpha waves in the posterior part of your brain; this begins to form a building block pattern, or autopilot reaction, whenever you start your studying. Caution: For all intent purposes, we will stick to a few introductory coursework of neuroscience

The heartburn you must feel dealing with the day in, day out, stress is a cause for a slap in the face. Permission granted, though that may have to wait.

1 ) Increase or adjust brightness of lighting from laptop, cell phone device, or any light source.

This increases the spectrum of light particles entering your optical cavity which increases neural brain function allowing mental focus.

One exercise that can help train your optical nerves are optical saccade test. The next gym session for upper body, try hitting the free weights; I’ll want you to focus one menial task. Just one soul crushing, task where your gaze is set and fixed on one object with little to no cranial movement.

Think of this in terms of a physical capacity, strength training test in arterial nerve muscles. The official term? Optikinetics. Routine physicals are needed, steal the show on this test and your migraines just might go away. Oculomotor dysfunction is a backlash double vision phenomenon that is irreversible. The key to any productivity is to maintain your spatial orientation lane; as your power zone is armpits to lower thighs for optimal movement, your eye zone awareness is to make sure the constrictions and contractions in eye vision are strengthened by your motor tissues. Do so often and you’ll be prepared for long extended sessions guaranteed. Interestingly, that’ll minimize stress on the body, as vision is linked to balance.

2 ) instrumental or classical music

Socials and mixers are the greatest instances that bring people together. At the spur of a moment, tasks become a lot clearer, and response times quicker. That’s because music reduce stress and done right, can act as a mentally integrated approach to traditional medicine. If you feel your attention is shortening to where you’re unable to process what you’re trying to achieve -applied music and still too distracted- then its best you pick a quiet place until you hit that goal.

NARC PATROL

David Hume argues that introspection is about perception of ideas and impressions. Experiences are diverse: touch, taste, smell, sound, sight – that give each of us tidbits of info the body perceives and store. The human body would be a whopping cough spore if it weren’t to say your senses intermingle, yet hold a piece of its own perceived identity to track. Take touch for example: higher levels of neural muscular efficiency give neural pathways a blueprint to establish muscle memory. That is to say, sound creates a primal language the soul emulates. Memory can be stored through conscious decisions both voluntarily and involuntarily. Feast your eyes on the mood-boosting power of impressions! Studies have shown that 5% of the population makes a conscientious decision that’s mapped out, while the 95% base their actions on emotions. Let that sink in.

3 ) Using Color highlighters to mark your pages, your laptop and or presentations.

Want to learn a new style that, for brick by brick, gives you the edge you need to reasonably save a life? That memory think tank needs a trade out? This has more to do with spatial thinking than it does with memory retention. Studies have shown that you reach your mental peak at age 20, at which from then on starts to decline. So in order to beat this statistic is not solely sleeping on your thoughts, though more so in reutilizing your own brain’s reparative design. The semantics to compartmentalize and utilize plasticity is molding your attention span.

“True oppression is of the innermost parts, where one can run off to their eco chambers and suppress contrary facts to block out mental discomfort. Boys in never land never return.” – Jon A. Aguirre

A little cognifit advice: Our ability to attend to multiple stimuli and do various tasks at a time does have its limits. When you divide your attention, the efficiency with which you do these actions is decrease, and you will almost certainly perform poorly. Interference is the term used to describe when a person has a hard time attending to two stimuli at a time. We see interference when the brain is only able to process a certain amount of information. However, cognifit training can help improve divided attention... Basically, color perception redistributes the information you’ve already received and utilize that, mold that, into a cognitive perceptive answer; your memory will keep score. In doing so, you can bring out whatever you’re trying to achieve. Mind hack made simple!

4 ) The promodoro technique: time management.

The pandemic has cost many a person valuable time and energy; it’s even more difficult that the economy hard pressed and/or prevented many achievers to jostle for ground lost. If you are honest, every ounce of passionate dedication turned many anemic leaving nothing but pain and misery. Think quickly, adjust your attention deficit into intentional efficiency; Fuel oxygen to your intended purpose you wish to achieve.

Caroline Leaf’s advice is to divide your days by sections: morning, afternoon, evening, and nighttime routines, that way you will be able to determine how proficient you are with multiplying the time you are given to fulfill a task during one day’s span. Accomplish what you can now. Go for it, set up a scheduled routine.

That will be second nature. This is all neural muscular techniques that your body will absorb as muscle memory. Your mind sharpens as your body fluidly responds quicker and quicker to the appropriate response you would mentally respond with. You’re body is the machine; your thoughts are how you steer. This technique is based on dualistic interactionism -made practical in application- and minimizes the involuntary time response to act. The more decisive you are, the greater confidence you’ll have. You’re welcome!

That’s all there is to this week’s Cog-fit strategies for this week. Hey I wish you the best regards toward your journey, you goal oriented rock star!

Brain exercise, duration: 1 min: picture what goal you

will accomplish in ONE day. Write this out: in the morning (10am cut off time), the next list to do at noon (2pm cut off time) afternoon (4 pm cut off time) and sunset (12am cut off time). Can you reasonably achieve these things? Are there sacrifices you’ll have to make to make this happen?

5 ) speech exercises

Before you get to #5, master #4 on the list of things to do – the next section is an accumulated, intersection process. Studies have shown that people retain information through 10% of what they READ, 20% of what they HEAR, 30% of what they SEE, 50% of what they SEE and HEAR, 70% of what they SAY and WRITE and 90% of what they DO.

Repetition is a good analytic practice to help pronunciation. Word pronunciation aids memorization. That’s a whopping scalable outcome, HUGE advantage towards second-language learning! A stronger foundation equates effective learning overall!
